Second Chances and Unwavering Love: The Story of Kimberly & Bobby

In the heart of their charming sanctuary, "Beagle Lake Farm," Kimberly and Bobby's love story with Beagles began to bloom. Over a decade ago, their journey into the world of rescue and unwavering love for these furry angels began with a beloved Lab Mix named Ellie. Together, they shared a life filled with the playful energy and unconditional love of their furry companions.

Their home, once envisioned with a pack of joyous pups, became a reality when fate led them to a pet adoption event. Here, a poignant tale of a senior Beagle unfolded, tugging at their heartstrings. Surrendered by a family seeking the exuberance of a puppy, this wise and gentle soul found its way into Kimberly and Bobby's hearts.

Though not quite ready to embark on the journey of adoption, the seed of rescuing Beagles took root. Their search for Beagle companionship led them to organizations like the "Beagle Freedom Project," dedicated to saving Beagles from laboratory life.

One fateful day, an online plea from the Atlanta Beagle Rescue captured their attention. There, they discovered Copper, a sweet Beagle labeled "special needs" due to his battles with epilepsy. Though their plans were temporarily put on hold, destiny had its way of bringing them together.

Upon settling into their new home, complete with a spacious, fenced yard, they received a sign from the universe. Copper, their destined companion, was once again at the rescue, yearning for the comfort of a loving home. This time, there was no doubt—it was meant to be.

Copper, with his soulful eyes and gentle spirit, seemed to long for companionship. Recognizing this, Bobby ventured back to the rescue and welcomed Benson, a handsome Beagle, into their growing family. While Copper blossomed with newfound joy and playful energy, Benson remained cautious, observing his new surroundings with a watchful eye.

With patience and love as their guiding lights, Kimberly and Bobby created a safe haven where Benson slowly learned to trust and find solace. Over time, he nestled closer to his newfound family, his heart finally at ease.

Determined to offer a loving sanctuary to senior dogs in need, they christened their

sprawling property "Beagle Lake Farm." Here, they welcomed Gracie, a basset hound cast aside by a heartless breeder, and Millard, a senior basset hound battling mobility issues and dementia. Each furry soul found comfort, care, and the unwavering love they deserved.

Despite the inevitable heartaches of bidding farewell to beloved companions, Kimberly and Bobby's love for Beagles remained steadfast. After the loss of Ellie and Copper within a year, Bobby needed time to heal. Yet, their hearts remained open, yearning to shower another deserving soul with love.

Their search led them to Harley, a senior Beagle surrendered by animal control. Though her time with them was brief, they filled her days with warmth, comfort, and the joy of a loving family.

In January of 2022, fate once again intervened, guiding Bobby to Baby, a young Beagle awaiting her forever home at a rescue. Learning of her inseparable bond with Georgia, they knew these two souls belonged with them.

Through the art of animal communication sessions, Kimberly and Bobby helped Baby and Georgia overcome their past traumas, paving the way for a brighter future filled with love and security.

Kimberly and Bobby's journey is a testament to the boundless love and unwavering dedication one can have for these gentle souls. Their commitment to rescuing Beagles in need inspires us all to open our hearts and homes to deserving companions.
