Cancellation & Payment Policy
Booking & Payment
All sessions require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied toward a rescheduled session.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new booking.
To cancel or reschedule, please use the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. It is the client's responsibility to manage appointments and communicate any changes.

Late Arrivals
In consideration of all clients, we kindly ask for punctuality. We honor your time and ours, and strive to give every client the full benefit of their scheduled session.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened by the amount of time you are delayed. Full session fees still apply, regardless of arrival time.
Examples:

If you arrive 15 minutes late to a 60-minute session, you will receive 45 minutes of service.
